Jan. 8: Scheduling system for ConneX and Dial-a-Ride is restored

Metro Bus experienced technical difficulties with its telephones, computer and scheduling systems this afternoon at about 3:30 pm. Phones and pass sales at the Transit Center were down for about 30 minutes, while the scheduling system for Dial-a-Ride and ConneX services were down longer. As of 5 pm, the scheduling system is up and running again. Thank you for your patience during this time.
