If you believe you’ve been excluded from participation in or denied benefits of Metro Bus services for any of these reasons, you have a right to file a formal written complaint within 180 days following the alleged discriminatory action.

ADA TRANSITION PLAN

Metro Bus is committed to providing program and services that are fair, inclusive, and equitable for all riders. The ADA Transition Plan is intended to guide Metro Bus’s efforts to ensure the accessibility of its facilities, stops, and buses where public services are provided.

Metro Bus is currently soliciting public comment for this plan. Public comment can be sent to the Metro Bus Planning Manager at diedrichsen@stcloudmtc.com, or by calling 320.529.4483. Public comment will be accepted until December 17th, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
