Your Personal Guide to Riding the Bus

- Are you just learning how to ride the bus?
- Do you need help in learning how to use the Metro Bus Fixed Route or Dial-A-Ride Services?
How does the program work? Simply call 320.251.1499 ext. 119, and we will match you up with one of our volunteer Transit Ambassadors who will be your guide in helping you learn about our routes, services, schedules, and fares.
These dedicated and trained volunteers will ride along with new bus users and teach them how to use the system. And it's FREE!
Metro Bus Transit Ambassadors have assisted seniors who no longer drive, citizens who do not own a vehicle or chose to no longer drive, citizens with special needs, and first time bus users.
