Ticket Sales Information
- Purchase Greyhound and Jefferson tickets in person at the Transit Center. We accept cash, check or credit card.
- Tickets may be purchased for someone else to pick up at major agencies nationwide. (Service charges apply)
- Greyhound tickets may be purchased on-line at greyhound.com (allow up to 2 weeks for mail delivery)
- Greyhound tickets may be purchased by phone at 800.229.9424 (allow up to 2 weeks for mail delivery)
Greyhound Discounted Tickets
- 7-day advance purchase tickets are available for as low as $49 to $109 One Way.
- Children under the age of 12 receive 40% off the price of an adult fare (must travel with an adult).
- Senior Citizens receive 5% off regular adult fares.
- Military, active and retired, receive 10% off regular fares (with valid I.D.)
- Veterans Administration Discounts: 25% regular fares when presenting a completed Veterans Administration Request for Reduced Rate Transportation Form.
Greyhound Package Express
- Greyhound offers package shipments nationwide. Packages cannot exceed 100 pounds and cannot exceed size limitations (call for details).
- Packages must be addressed properly with zip code and recipient’s phone number. Please have information ready at time of shipment.
Persons with Disabilities
- Greyhound will arrange for accessible buses, assistance, and companion tickets for persons requesting assistance.
- Phone 800.752.4841 and a Greyhound representative will assist you in making arrangements for your travel. (Call at least 48 hours in advance)
