Ticket Sales Information
- Purchase Jefferson Lines tickets in person at the Transit Center. We accept cash or credit card only.
- Tickets may be purchased for someone else to pick up at major agencies nationwide. (Service charges apply)
- Jefferson Lines tickets may be purchased on-line at jeffersonlines.com

Jefferson Discounted Tickets
- Children under the age of 12 may be eligible for a discount. Check with Jefferson Lines for actual amount of discount.
- Senior Citizens may receive a discount off regular adult fares.
- Military, active and retired may receive a discount off regular fares (with valid I.D.)
- Veterans Administration Discounts: 25% regular fares when presenting a completed Veterans Administration Request for Reduced Rate Transportation Form.
Jefferson Package Express
- Jefferson Lines offers package shipments nationwide. Packages cannot exceed 100 pounds and cannot exceed size limitations (call for details).
- Packages must be addressed properly with zip code and recipient’s phone number. Please have information ready at time of shipment.
Persons with Disabilities
- Jefferson will arrange for accessible buses, assistance, and companion tickets for persons requesting assistance.
- Phone 800.451.5333 and a Jefferson Lines representative will assist you in making arrangements for your travel. (Call at least 48 hours in advance)
