All Service 31-Day passes and 10-Ride cards may be obtained online, at all major grocery stores or at the Metro Bus Transit Center. All-Service 31-Day pass may be purchased any time during the month and is good for 31 days from the first time it is activated.

Up to two children, 5 and under, ride free with a paid fare on any Metro Bus.  However if a child, regardless of age, is registered with Specialized Service, they must pay a fare.

A registered child, 5 and under, may be accompanied by up to two fare-paying companions or a non-fare paying personal care attendant.

Fareboxes accept coins and bills ($1-$20). Individual fares cannot be paid round-trip, in advance or billed at a later date. Change is given in the form of a debit change card, good in any Metro Bus farebox towards the cost of your next ride. 

Metro Bus Fixed Route tokens, SCSU I.D.'s,SCTC or Minnesota School of Business passes are not accepted on Dial-a-Ride.

Agency Fare
An Agency fare is paid by a social service agency, residential care facility, or other organization that schedules a guaranteed trip for a resident, client, or group for attending a function of the agency or organization. The Agency fare will be billed directly to the participating agency or organization.
