All Service 31-Day Passes will not be honored for agency trip riders, unless the purchase price is based on the $3.10 agency trip fare. Agency Trips are when a social service agency, residential care facility, or other organization schedules a guaranteed trip for a resident, client, or group for attending a function of the agency or organization.
