Hours of service for Metro Bus Dial-a-Ride General Public Service:

Monday - Friday Extended Service Areas: 5:30 a.m.* - 12 a.m. (where Fixed Route service does not operate)
Monday - Friday Late Night Service in the four city area: 9:00 p.m. - 12 a.m. Or when the last Fixed Route bus is done serving your area
Sartell Weekday Night Service: 6:00 p.m. - 12 a.m. (Available after Metro Bus Fixed Route Service ends in Sartell)
Saturday Service - Extended Service Areas and Sartell: 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Sunday Service for Everyone in the Four-City Areas: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

There is no service on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Service is suspended early on Christmas Eve.

*Due to the nature of our service we are unable to accommodate early morning trips for General Public in the fixed route areas. We are only able to schedule rides for people who live in the in the extended service area where fixed route service is not available and bring them to the Transit Center to transfer to the Fixed Route system to complete their trip.

Hours Reservations & Cancellations Are Accepted

Monday-Friday:	5:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday:	8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday:	9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
